New large-scale orders!

We integrated a new section called “Large Order Batch” that streamlines the processing of large or heavy orders. This function is available in the picking list screen and is accessible only to users with staff role.

An order will be classified in this new section if it meets at least one of the following requirements:

  • Contains more than 10 items (from the same SKU or multiple SKUs).
  • The total weight of the products exceeds 10 kg.

With this improvement we optimize the management of large orders, reducing time and improving the operation!


New Functionality: Hold Orders

You can now pause orders temporarily without affecting SLA times with the new Orders on Hold feature. This tool allows you to:

  • Filter and display orders in Hold according to date and specific criteria.
  • Automatically pause processing time without affecting metrics.
  • Record the reason for the Hold and access the change history.
  • Download detailed reports of detained orders and their status.

Available in web and mobile version for better monitoring.

New Functionality: Orders and SLA's Monitoring

We have enhanced our platform with a monitoring tool that allows you to visualize order processing and inventory in real time. Now you can:

  • Consult the percentage of compliance by section.
  • Identify priority statuses with colors according to their level of urgency.
  • Access interactive views with detailed information on orders, staff and processing times.
  • Filter by date and specific metrics for better analysis.
  • Use the tool in web and mobile versions for agile monitoring.

New XLSX format in WMS WebApp!

Now, instead of CSV files, all documents will be in Excel (XLSX) format, improving data manipulation and compatibility with modern tools.

How it works:

  1. Upload your files in Excel format (XLSX).
  2. Save and download documents in this new format.
  3. Take advantage of the new Excel options within the interface.

Improvements in the goods receiving process

The warehouse receiving process is now clearer and more efficient. We have separated the physical reception of the boxes from the detailed counting process, which allows for better inventory control and optimizes the work in the warehouse.

What changes?

  • Real time monitoring of received and in process boxes.
  • New status “IN PROCESS” that identifies boxes pending review.
  • Greater operational flexibility: staff can choose to receive boxes or start counting immediately.

As an administrator, you will have access to an improved interface that offers greater control over receptions.

As warehouse personnel, you will have new tools that simplify merchandise management.

New shipments to branches from the WMS!

Now you can send orders directly to a branch! 📦🏢 Generate waybills without the need for a final delivery address, selecting a parcel branch as a pickup point.

  • Available for Argentina and Colombia
  • Option can be activated from the integration with Envia.com
  • Easy branch selection when generating the guide

How it works:

  1. Activate the “Send to branch” option when creating the guide.
  2. Select a compatible package (marked with “branch”).
  3. Choose the most convenient branch and confirm.

Your package will be ready to be picked up at the branch of your choice!

With this new functionality, users can set specific prices per floor, rather than just per area, providing greater control over storage costs.
